If you are looking for a good quality electrolyte, this does the job! Some electrolyte drinks leave a chalky after taste, but this one is very lemony and refreshing. Will buy again.

The drink has a lovely flavour. It has a light powder like icing sugar so its easy to mix by hand. The recommended daily dose i think is one drink a day but its not clearly stated. I think it so far has been keeping the cramp away.

After a long run or bike ride my favorite thing to help soothe my muscles and rehydrate me is a glass of this!! I feel super refreshed and not sore the next day. Along with the amazing effects it has on my exercise performance, it has an amazing lemony taste (reminds me of a lemon san pellegrino and it doesn’t taste like other electrolytes)

Some people buy fine wines--I buy electrolytes. I try to live an active and healthy lifestyle with clean eating and proper nutrition. My body craves potassium and I have tried a variety of electrolytes. Frankly, many of them are rather weak, ill-tasting and expensive. These are literally perfect--great natural taste, a high level of potassium and no crash afterwords. Would recommend to any and all looking for a quality electrolyte that tastes good and doesn't require a home remortgage to purchase. Truly divine. I am not the type of person that generally eats/drinks supplements. I prepared some tonight and put one scoop in a litre bottle and 15 mins later I had drunk the whole bottle. I told the Mrs to try it she put a scoop in a litre bottle and the same magic happened. So it wasn’t just a one off. So here I am getting another tub of Honest Electrolytes for her just minutes after opening it. So from me I can only say that I didn’t know that this is what I was looking for but it has certainly found me and I am a customer for life. These salts have a pleasant lemon flavour, not salty or bitter like most electrolyte salts. Quite refreshing to drink after a workout. Quite sweet/sharp if you don’t dissolve the powder in less than 500ml of water so be warned. It works as it’s enabled me to sit down and walk the next day after doing loads of squats lol The only downside is the powder does not dissolve entirely so there may be a bit of gritty powder left at the bottom of your glass/flask. I would still completely recommend these electrolyte salts even though they are slightly more expensive than most.

This is the best electrolyte I have ever tasted. I tried a few other couple of times, but this works for better than anything else. The tast is not at all artificial. Its just like drinking a fresh lemon juice. The stock is out now but whenever its there, I am gonna refill my stock. This time 2 jars for sure! I think its a must try when you are on OMAD or Keto or IF or prolonged fasting. The only downside is that it doesnt have stevia which would have been a better alternative as a sweetener but anyways, the potassium salt ratio does the job for me. Also the mixability is super, doesnt form any lumps when you mix it with large amount of water (1.5 - 2 ltrs). Anyway compared to other products I think its a must try once.

I've been looking for some fast-absorbed electrolytes for some time - these are definitely the best I've found. They have a pleasant lemon taste and I feel immediate benefit from taking them.
